Workout Program

All of our mobile app offerings include a single full workout program that the user can follow to reach their personal goals. The programs are flexible and can be adjusted to match the user’s needs. We design the workouts based on a ‘workout week’, and these weeks are essentially repeated for weeks and months, wherein the user monitors his or her progress.

For the workout programs, exercises for different parts of the body are placed on different workout days within the workout week. Each day includes warm-up and stretching/flexibility periods, along with a different series of individual exercises. Exercises might include primary exercises, single exercises, supersets, or circuits.

Similar to a live personal trainer, we present a standard set of exercises designed to workout the muscles of the entire body. It’s not necessary for the user to decide which exercises to perform each day, but rather just follow the program as presented in the app each day.
