Record Keeping

Our apps maintain records of the activity of the user, so that they not only know which exercise to perform and their running time, but also monitor the progress they achieve by using the app over time. Every day the user can enter their body weight.  Warm-up and cool-down periods have timers which the user sets to adjust the workout time to their desired schedule or goals. The database within the program also keeps records of the reps and sets of each exercise, along with the weight used on that day.

A calendar that appears when the workout starts allows users to know where they are in their overall program. The current workout day, week, and month are visible each day, and it’s possible to jump forward or backward in order to check past records or the programs of future days.
